BSOD playing "Tropico 5" system service exception

I had a problem when uninstalling only rivatuner, restarting I did not load on the desktop, after the password was charging and there did not pass.
If you have installed Rivatuner + MsiAfterbuner and uninstall ONLY the Rivatuner, make that mistake.

Fortunately create a restore point when I installed Avast.
Rivatuner + MsiAfterbuner uninstalled and installed only after restarting MsiAfterburner.

I uninstalled everything from Asus, Logitecht and Gpu-z (GPU-Z I installed to meet the gpu bios and send the information to MSI FORUM).

About Demon Tools, I thought it was removed from "Programs and Features" and had already used the removal tool "sptd.sys" but Daemon Tools folder on my system was just that made be re-loaded sptd.sys . Now there is no trace of folder and the tool does not detect sptd.sys.

how long time use prime95? The last time use 6 hours

6-24 h. Wait for another BSOD to happen, when it does, upload the new dump file.

Hello, yesterday I jump a BSOD, an hour after starting the prime95 in Blend mode, the last time was six hours +/- without a problem

After the restart, did not enter the desktop, I was last night and this afternoon, until now got access.

I was wrong to restore to a previous point (any of them, saying that an antivirus might be causing the problem) Use the guide happened to me to recover files with sfc / scannow and all its variants.
I did not get no detected errors or that the repaired all, but in the end as a last resort before doing a clean install, try accessing and after putting the password, press Control + Alt + Del and I could leave session and reload and had success. (task Manager, had no access black screen)

Under my humble opinion I do not think the prime95 skip the BSOD, as it did the last time navigating with chrome.

I send the dump, see if you can see that's what caused this dump.

We'll see if I survive the next reboot.:zip:

Run HW diagnostics. Please be very careful with Furmark as it can damage your GPU. Follow posted instructions to the letter and stop at the first sign of video problems.

I was running 10 minutes without problems, average temperature 60 +/-, try to get a snapshot with F9, but can not find the image for any site. With default settings fans MSIAfterBuner I have no problems. The "problem" is if I make a custom.

I have started several "sfc / scannow" fails to complete the process and seems to fix some errors but others are not repaired.

I send the CBS.log

Possibly this "sfcdetails.txt" is more clear.View attachment 55869View attachment 55866

There are others that refer to "windows update", tomorrow will try to do an update with "windows update". Possibly fix everything or stop working all see what happens.

This is a archive: "Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB" of prncacla.inf" and this is version "6.3.9600.16384"

I try this: GUIDE: CNBJ2530.DPB and prncacla.inf Corruptions - Windows 8/8.1 - Sysnative Forums

Ok i try reseting "windows update", I'll do this tomorrow and I'll have to reboot, see if it holds up tomorrow in idle mode, I need to surf the internet today

Thanks!!!

Edit: no longer gives problems with the sfc / scannow. The last scan started at 00:12:08, from that point any problem does not occur.

It seems that file affects the printer driver.

A doubt .. knows of any program to replace the Rivaturner stadistic server ?? It's because I'm calmer temperatures while watching the game and more after the heater that took to "Tropico 5"View attachment 55874

The procedure on your link is the same as the one I gave you above (although, your has a manual way of repairing, which would have been my next suggestion if this didn't work).
P.S. I'm sorry that this is taking so long, but BSODs can be complicated. Thank you for your patience.

New BSOD this time in idle.

Today I miss an error in the "problem solver" with a driver from creative. I thought it was all removed if not will have to do or is any trace.

Happy New Year.

Yesterday I uninstalled avast with utility also pass the tool to remove any data from Kaspersky(edit: whit kaspersky tool), done in safe mode.

I had a Windows update more than 1GB.

Regarding Avast, I read in the forums of Avast, which to install avast again need to uninstall and then use the tool to delete any data (in safe mode). When I restored the computer before reinstalling Avast when he had files and folders from Avast, this was possibly causing the error.
I hope now no problems with a clean install.

Also I renamed AsUpIO.sys and AsIO.sys with "S_S" this has a fatal effect AIDA64 and temperature monitoring. Just not start AIDA64, it stops at "Loading drivers".

Current status: Windows update completely clean installation of Avast and files renamed to "sys". He spent the whole night in idle mode and no BSOD. The next test will pass the "verifier".

Happy holidays and thanks for your support

Hello, this afternoon after answer, I rebooted the computer and surprise !! does not enter the desktop. This is crazy, I start thinking that may be damaged HD, I bought a couple of months ago and windows 8.1 was the first and only system that you installed.

I will do a clean install, only with driver gpu. I will spend some tool to HD to see its status.

The HD is the seagate of my signature.

P.D.I'm at my parents house with my nephew notebook. My computer is practically dead!!:haha:

I managed to get into windows, again with the sfc / scannow again found corrupt files. Certainly the command line was: sfc / scannow / offbootdir = c: \ / offwindir = f: \ windows (changing drive letters) From this link:SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot - Windows 7 Help Forums
sfc / scannow alone could not repair or scanning.

I tried the HD with seatools pass short and long test and no problem, I did not try the repair test because it found no errors.

I send the capture of the health tab.View attachment 56017

I don't understand, did SFC find something to fix or did it say: Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations?

He said something like; Has not been able to carry out the task.

Even starting the scan, as if it had rights or permission. This from outside the windows, starting the command window from a bootable usb and entering the recovery windows.

From the Desktop in Windows it works

That means that your system files are damaged. You could try repairing them, but I recommend doing a clean install of Windows.
