Hi everyone, as a computer geek normally I'd try and solve it myself but in this situation I'm lost so I'm asking for help.
Now basically I'll run through how these problems occur. My laptop is Acer AO725 with Windows 8 64 Bit and I upgraded to a Sandisk 128GB Pulse SSD where I cloned the old HDD to this and I got 8GB RAM. Before the upgrade I didn't notice this problem but I only had it for a few days. After the upgrade, everything was running fine for about a week until I switched to using Firefox from IE10 and had to disable Protected Mode in flash or else it'll run buggy and slow. Then couple of hours into using Firefox I got my first BSOD which was System Service Exception and I noticed I had Youtube on at the time so I guessed it must be Firefox and flash being buggy. I thought it was a one off so I just carried on after the reboot, then on the following night the BSOD System Service Exception came back again. So I reverted back to using IE10 and then boom another BSOD showing System Service Exception an hour into using IE10 again. Then I realised that I forgot to turn Protected Mode back on for flash so I did that and it was all good for about 2-3 days until the BSOD came up last night which is System Service Exception again. So now I'm completely lost, I ran the WMD test twice and it passed so I doubt its the RAM. I used Bluescreen view but couldn't make any sense for it so could someone have a look at my logs please. The only drivers I've installed was the GPU driver which is something I always do to keep up with the latest for performance.
P.S I named this thread "Another" System Service Exception because I have noticed that another member has a System Service Exception BSOD with the same laptop as mine, but our machines are differently spec'd.
Please help,
Thanks in advance.
