The final versions have long since been released as per the download page: Aero Glass for Windows 8 It says on the website INFORMATION: After donation, you won't receive any donation key automatically. You must generate it manually on Aero Glass for Windows 8

(That page appears to be out of order at present)

It's that key you input. In any case you should be asking there for help with it.

But I'm glad they improved it, the site as well.

Thanks Peter but those are basically the problems. Firstly, the makers of Aero Glass for Windows 8 (Big Muscle software) don't seem to be very keen to provide their contact details. Secondly (as you discovered) the 'Donate' page is inoperative. And finally, there's nowhere to input the registration key! (unless a full version picks it up from the clipboard somehow)

I'll keep looking for contact details for the manufacturer and will post back here if I find anything....

The Donation page says: Maintenance is in progress. This may take a while. Please, try again later... I'm sure it will work OK once that's sorted out. You'll be able toi input the code to get the key and then once input the watermark will vanish. It did for me. I see that the thread is unlocked so you could ask there what's going on if you haven't already.

I found that there's a way to avoid the annoying donation reminder. Without details it consists in blocking aerohost.exe from being loaded just after installation.
