Windows 8 uncertainty blamed for decline in PC sales

Hmmm, apple just released their ipad 4 a few months ago and has a storage option that a certain device running a certain OS would be tiered at.... Kind of like a Surface Pro with 128 gigs, or a Lenovo Yoga with 128 gigs...

Bullocks! That much money for a 128 gig ipad?! This is a PC and then some! That can be a full on laptop PC or even a tablet PC or even a Windows RT tablet!!

But I have to mention, apple seems like they're releasing a new slightly better iteration of new hardware WAY more often than normal. The thing that must suck for that ipad user that recently just bought the ipad 3 or 4 is that wanted a higher capacity one is that there is a new one with more storage that just came out mere months after they just bought theirs. See, if this were Windows RT, that wouldn't happen as that same user can just buy an external hard drive, a microSD card, or a USB flash drive for WAY less than a new tablet device and be grand.

Ahh, hardware/software limitations and consumer ignorance....

I know a lot of iPad users and they are more than happy with the device. If you suggested that to them, they'd tell you to make like a shepherd and get your flock out of here.

We have Surface ads here in Oz and the best they can do is show click-clack ads of the stand and keyboard. Is the Surface supposed to be a computer or a musical instrument? There are no ads whatsoever about Windows 8, like there have been in the past with new Windows iterations, talk about uncool.

Really? Here in the States, if you don't know about Windows 8 or the Surface or Windows Phone, you obviously don't have or use electricity. The ads are basically everywhere.

Thats funny Ray, I've got 4 tablets and 6 computers and an Android phone and Android tablet and 3 iPads, how would I know what I'm talking about, and I've just come back from a huge trip, I'm pretty sure I've seen a lot more of the world than 95% of the population.

Those over 50% iPads was done through legitimate research unlike your remark about Android and IOS.
