Hello Zach, and welcome to Eight Forums.

Are you running the command in an "elevated" command prompt? If so, please post a screenshot showing the command prompt to see if it may help ID the issue.

Try powershell -help to see if it's the command powershell that's the problem.

In that case, see if you are able to open an elevated PowerShell, and run the same command.

If not, run a SFC /SCANNOW command to repair any corrupted system files that may be the issue. Afterwards, see if you are able to run the command.

@Cliff That command doesn't work either.

@Brink I have tried it in a Powershell and it does not work either. It is not recognized as a cmdlet. I also have already tried sfc /scannow.

Did SFC say that it found any files to repair?

SFC found no files to repair. I was hoping SFC would fix my PC Settings app problem but it didn't.

    How about
    Code:
    powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage "& {&'DisableDevelopmentMode}"; & {&' Register $Env:SystemRoot\ImmersiveControlPanel\AppxManifest.xml}"
disregard it's no good--your command worked by me.

@Cliff It still says powershell is not an internal or external command.
