Hi folks. Strange problem that's been very frustrating... I've recently reinstalled Win 8.1 (SSD upgrade FTW) and reestablished all my user accounts. One of my children's accounts has been frustrating: Windows Mail won't "see" the email from the primary alias, and I can't see how to get it to.
So: when I first run Mail, I get this:
I could add another account if I like, but that's not the problem. The problem is that the primary account isn't displaying any emails/folders etc. that I know are there. If I try to look at the account settings, I get this:
and then this when I select the primary (only) alias:
Why are options greyed out? What obscure (or obvious) setting am I missing that will actually show me emails from that account??
