Windows updates keep installing with every restart

Hi, when I download some windows 8 updates - not store updates - and restart the PC. After windows boots to desktop it shows me that they are all installed, but after a few minutes they come back as uninstalled and when I install them again the problem continues

what should i do?

Maybe wait til Windows performs a couple rounds of maintenance, then see what happens.

The problem was since a long time not just happend these days.

Stop Windows Update services and try deleting SoftwareDistribution folder from the Windows folder.
You will get some errors so just ignore them.
Restart your computer and check for updates.
