Windows smartscreen

Hello , i've a problem with windows smartscreen. This feature is disabled and i cannot activate it. Ive added a screenshot showing my problem. Any ideas of what to do are welcome
Edit: Im using AVG internet security 2014.

AVG has probably taken over administrative privileges related to that setting.

Hello Naidz,

You might see if using step 2 in OPTION FOUR of the tutorial below may be able to allow you to set Windows SmartScreen again.
