Solved Windows really slow loading after bios

Since a few weeks my laptop is slower loading.
After the bios it takes windows twice as much time to load.
Normally it takes about 10 seconds to load windows, but since it began it takes about 20 seconds.
I have a few days ago flashed my bios which didn't change anything.
No malware, it scans every day with no threats as result.

As I'm aware of, everything of my drivers are up to date, windows update is also up to date.
I've disabled almost everything with the startup and changed the services in msconfig the past few days a lot, but keeping everything normal gives the best performance.

I have no other possible solutions to decrease the load time of windows.

Do you have any external USB drives turned on during boot?

No, I plug USB drives when I need them, which isn't common.

You can set up a Custom View in Event Viewer to see what might be taking so long

Then after a few boots/days you can take a look at your event log in custom view

Got 2 bsod when trying to edit a few things.

Try booting to the recovery drive if you have one and run Automatic Repair - Run in Windows 8

Didnt work, after 5 times it still couldnt repair.

Im now trying system restore to this morning, else I probably have to install windows again.

I've booted into safe mode with command prompt, used bcdedit and set the truncatememory (ram) and numproc (processors) to default. Turned out these were or too low or too high.
System restore didn't worked and booting into safe mode without command prompt didn't work either.

But after the bluescreen was solved, the system restore went online and some of my programs are deleted, games were already deleted but I exspected them to be back as they were in the list of programs that should come back after the system restore.

About ten minutes ago I booted my laptop and windows was loading almost normal (about 5-10 seconds after the bios), my games were probably the cause of the slow loading.
