Wow! There's a lot to it that's for sure. I need a week at least. First thing I did was to go through settings. Quite impressed already. I asked Cortana how beautiful she was. She opened a whole lot of sites and songs on the subject.

This is a small assortment of what Cortana is like. When I say she's pretty, she says, "Go on..." What a peach! Do go through the initial setup for Cortana because she does need to know what some of your interests are and such. She takes a bit to get moved into her new office so to speak. It took about a day or so for me, but that was because that was a Bing back end issue.
