windows destop

Hello Eight community, hope y'all safe. i got this issue withh my window where it loads quite alright but once it reches the destop not only i dont find any icons but when i aprroache the cursor to the task bar it shows the loading icon and i cant click , also i cant use any windows shortcuts like windows +r, or +e or + s, nothing happens when i do but right clicking on desktop shows options. i am only able to restart using thr ctrl+alt+del .
need some help thanks in advance .
