My laptop doesn't recognize the mic on my Merkury headset. I can listen to audio just fine but it doesn't recognize that it is also a mic. There is only one place to insert the headset and it is made for both microphones and earbuds (Trust me I checked.) I have made the Audio Manager show disabled devices and it still doesn't show up. This is very frustrating because I have only had my laptop for two months and this headset is brand new.
