Does this help at all, error is still there but it says it has fixed these things.



Ran the test straight again and got this error.

Since you are showing issues with Windows Update, you might see if using OPTION TWO in the tutorial below to reset Windows Update may help.

Ok done step 2 and now i have a new error, Error Code: 0x80246007

This problem just doesn't want to be fixed -.-

Ok so i ran the update troubleshooter and this is what it showed



But now i have the 0x80070002 error again -.-

Ok problem solved 2 days of calling Microsoft back and forth and there was nothing they could of done, so we re-installed windows and then the problem was resolved, don't know what it was but they didn't even know, i thank you all for your help

Sorry it took a reinstall, but glad everything is ok now.
