Did you run the showkey.vbs genet posted here? http://www.eightforums.com/windows-...ker-windows-8-only-post500835.html#post500835 If it lists an embedded OEM key you could use that to install the matching version of Windows 8.1 from the link I posted earlier.

i have run it. it say oem key not present in firmware.

Time to contact the seller, he or she owes you a legal product code to go with the COA sticker. If they won't play ball tell them your next call is going to be to Microsoft to report a fraud.

i will try to contact that seller. can you tell me how if he didnt want to help. how to contact microsoft to tell about it?
