You forgot one - operator mistakes. I once read that over 80% of the so called 'system problems' are self inflicted.Windows has a long history of freezing and crashes that continues today.
No it doesn't. You must mean faulty hardware, faulty 3rd party drivers or incorrect bios settings.
Operator mistakes is already covered in faulty third party drivers. i.e. Having them installed.
