Windows 8 Automatic Loop/Blue Error Screen Loop

Hello, I have encountered a troubling problem with my ASUS Windows 8 Laptop. Every time I turn on the laptop, it says "Preparing Automatic Repair", then goes into complete black, then the Blue Error screen shows up for about 1 second, then restarts and the cycle keep repeating itself. I am unable to boot from a recovery USB drive, so I an unable to get to the Advanced Startup menu. The laptop did not come with a CD.

Any help is appriciated.

Hi Kenzilla02 & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

Could you please post a photo of the Blue Screen so that we could see if there is anything which can help us in diagnosing the problem. You cannot get into the Safe Mode as well?

Anyways, you would need an installation disc for the repairs and to check what is going on.

I can't take a picture because the blue screen only shows up for less than half a second for me to take one.

Also I don't have an installation disc of any kind at all.

You would need an installation disc before we can proceed and see what is happening. See if you can create another installation disc by following this **LINK**.

I've downloaded the installation file, but the problem is that I don't know the product key at all. My windows 8 came pre-installed without the need of a product key.

I'm having a similar problem but the computer I'm using to create the installation disc for 8.1 is running windows vista and the program mediacreationtool.exe won't run on Vista. Is there file that's compatible with Vista?
