Hey guys,
Most of you might have heard about the mouse 'lag' that was introduced with Microsoft's new OS.
According to some analysts the lag is described as 'negative acceleration'.
This weird and unpredictable acceleration curve of the mouse, makes it pretty much impossible to work with with the mouse as fast and as accurate as you would be used to on previous OS'es...let alone play games at the same level!
There are several articles on the web concerning this. Here are a few:
Windows 8.1 introduces mouse lag that renders some games unplayable | Games | Geek.com
mouse lag in video games since updating to win 8.1 - Microsoft Community
Seeing as there are some MVP members on here, i was wondering if any of you would happen to know if this issue is actually being adressed by Microsoft at the moment?
I know when i was MVP myself at my previous employee, i did have some strings to pull with local microsoft contacts/employees just to find out stuff like this.... but sadly for me i work for a different employer these days (in a different sector) so this is no longer the case for me...
