After updating to Windows 8.1, I of course had some wifi issues however, Knowing the problem would be because of Microsoft's Driver for Wireless Networking, I changed it to my up to date driver for my computer. And it went well everything was up and running again and no problem. However, I then had a system update for my computer (not an upgrade to window 8.1), a regular system update and then that's when I started to see change. Even though this is a Network & Sharing subforum I'll still let you guys know. After the system update my computers performance decreased dramatically, and worst of all my speed of my internet decreased as well. And I know it's not my internet speed because I already get pretty good speeds on my DD-WRT router.
But my main concern is that no matter what browser I use my internet is always slow in loading page time. I click on a link and it just becomes stuck in the tab saying loading with the refresh animation right by it. Then I have to exit out the tab and reopen the link and it works. For some reason on chrome and firefox it does this. (I have not tried IE because I don't use it).
Anyways, my main problem is the when I go to a webpage it's stuck at the loading page, however, it stops after I exit out the tab and reopen it, the page loads completely. But the refresh and loading time are DRAMATICALLY SLOW or doesn't even work at all.
I checked to see if my Driver was of Microsoft, but it wasn't it was my Network/ Wireless Driver which is up to date to the latest version:
Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6250 AGN - Driver Date 2/25/2014 VS: 15.12.0.6)
And all my other drivers are up to date.
