I made the mistake of updating to Windows 8.1 and now I have trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi at my university. It tells me I have access to internet but at the same time it tells me the DNS sever is not available. I have tried many things but I just can't get it to work. There are also some websites that don't display correctly or work the way they are supposed to. Google being one of them. I have no idea what happened and I don't know what to do so I thought I would just restore to before I updated to 8.1. So I did, but it's still 8.1. I can't go back any further than to the day I updated. Is there any way?
I've seen a thread with the same topic as this one but I don't know if it's the same thing...
