Windows 8.1 - PS3 HDMI PIP?

I have googled this loads but I found nothing..., Is it possible to get my PS3 (or any other HDMI device) to display on my windows desktop, not on my monitor, but in a window. Reason being I want to be able to use Wikis and skype friends, without having another overpriced monitor that wont fit on my tiny 1/2 broken desk. Thanks
