Hello.
All of the sudden my PC connection became limited . It simply disconnected without any reason even though I have been using that set up for nearly a year now. Meanwhile every wireless and wired computer not situated in my room has no problems.
The connection was as follows : Modem > Power-line Adapter > Hub ( One Ethernet cable my Xbox) & One plugged into my PC. At first I assumed it was a hardware issue so I moved my PC downstairs and it connected instantly, SoI figured it might be my hub/or power-adapter so I removed the hub and used a brand new Power-line adapter & a brand new Ethernet cable without any success and returned the computer back to my room upstairs and instantly it became limited again.
* I am using a talk-talk router.
I have uninstalled the network drivers & re-installed them without any luck.
I have attempted to to use cmd prompt however, when dealing with ipconfig/renew & netsh commands to reset the tcp/ip stack however this has been denied and can't find away around it.
I hopelessly even tried to refresh the computer due to the fact its been 3 days without any internet on it.
My head is honestly spinning so I'm open to ideas, I would rather not need to re-install my OS as its generally a pain in the.. Just the downloading frightens me
But, if push-comes-to-shove I guess I'll have no choice.
Hopefully, I have explained the problem clearly & thanks in advance.
