Windows 8.1 - Mouse and Keyboard stopped working

Hello there everyone

When i turned on my computer this morning, my mouse and keyboard stopped working out of nowhere.
It works just fine when i go to BIOS, but when windows starts loading, the stuff wont work.
I have Razer Black Widow and Steelseries Rival

Things i have tried, but didnt help or gave no results:
Restarting PC
Changing USB slots for both mouse and keyboard
Going to BIOS (Mouse and keyboard worked just fine), disabling Intel XHCI Mode, but with no luck
Using 2 keyboards at the same time

Also i have tried using the
keyboard and mouse in another pc

I really appreciate all help

Maybe they are defects. See if you can return them.
