Windows 8.1 KB2999226 update and DISM issue

Hi Guys

I'm really in a great trouble i'm trying to fix my issue since 3 days.

I need to install this KB2999226 update package.But it is keep telling me that it is not applicable to your Image.

Then i ran to google and searched for the issue.

And i found a way to install this by command by following link.

I did the same but it is still telling me the same problem that it isn't applicable .

Then again i've searched for this issue and
I had run DISM health restore and cleanup processes. They aren't completed .

What i can do to solve this issue?

any help ?

you do not need the KB2999226 update for win8.1 anymore as the KB3118401 update supersedes / replaces it (hence KB2999226 is "not applicable")
and it is also included in April 2017 and later cumulative rollup updates for win8.1
