Solved Windows 8.1, can't open "This PC"

Were you running any kind of Media Server? I think DLNA is used by both Plex and Windows Media Player. I installed ShellexView and indeed, DLNA is active on my system. I have a program installed which allows me to connect to my Plex server through a tile.

There may be something about it, which is not compatible with something else on your system. Can ShellexView find conflicts... I guess not.

    Recently lost my Windows 8 on my main PC, had to go back to Windows 7.
I don't understand why it would cause trouble, i never use media servers. But yes, maybe it somehow conflicts with something.

The fact is, the DLNA support is THERE, regardless if you use it or not. There should be a setting someplace to shut it off if not being used. I never saw DLNA until I installed Plex Server.
