Hello everybody, I've made an account just for this error regarding how troubling it is but yet I realize the amazing peer guidance in this community. Back to the point my laptop is having a big issue preventing me to access it. At first it began with a random constant Please Wait loading circle so I force shut down and reset my PC after reading so. Now the bigger problem is that after resetting my laptop , whenever I turn on my laptop it does the normal HP logo and then when it goes black (I thought it was back to normal) it went to a blue Troubleshoot screen instead of the usual password screen. It does this every time I turn on my laptop and can't access to anything. Restarting or resetting is always an error for example;
