Hello,
Due to explorer.exe crashing after i always try to open a particular folder, i ran the sfc /scannow with admin privileges in SAFE MODE but it says:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix
some of them. Details are included in the CBS.log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not supported
in offline servicing scenarios.

So i ran the
findstr /C:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\CBS\CBS.log > "%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
command..

Here's the file: View attachment sfcdetails.txt

PS: i do not have another computer with same OS to get the replacement files...what should i do??

I am not familiar with the command you tried but have you tried Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth? using Adm CMD Prompt. It could take a while to complete.

I already did it but i get an error: 0x800f0906

The source files could not be downloaded.
Use the "source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to
restored the feature. For more information on specifying a source location see
Configure a Windows Repair Source.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Should i post the log?

Edit: the command i did just copies the CBS log onto the desktop so you know while files it could not repair..

When was the last time you ran Sfc /scannow and it finished without finding any problems?

Download / get the original windows iso, insert it, or mount it, in the current system and select repair. This will fix it. Happened to me before. All data will be left intact. Operation takes just about 10 minutes.
