It is because you configure the dual boot from Windows 7 boot manager, you need to configure from Windows 8 then you'll get the GUI.Boot menu works, but it's text, not the GUI.
Don't know how to turn it on...
I went into it. Do I make a change, then un-make it later?
Maybe make Win7 default, then go back and make Win 8.1 a default?
