well I did search. Been searching. Windows medial player 12 will not connect to cd info. Cannot download info ao all are unknown, kicks cd out and deletes the ripped songs. I uninstalled and reinstalled..no luck
Any ideas? I use bit defender and turned off the firewall and Av...still page cannot be displayed . then sometimes it will rip cd but then show error message about cannot retrieve info , ejects cd, deletes ripped, etc....Pulling my hair out
