Solved Win 8.1 doesn't accept printer, error 0x00000709

I accidently deleted my printer from the list of printers. The printer is located on another Windows system (\\print-server) and works perfectly. If I open Explorer and type \\print-server into the address bar I see the printer Canon_MG5350. If I double-click on it though the printer is not installed. Instead an error 0x00000709 is shown.

What must I do to reinstall the network printer into my system?

I used to have similar problem on Windows 7 and I ended up running printer resetter for my Epson model. I suggest the WIC Reset Utility aswell and this reset tool works pretty well on some printers. However, not all printer brands and models are supported by it.
