wifi connects but say limited connection not ISP issue

i can do that im at the point to let someone remote connect to me to have a look their self seeing as i have no personal info on this laptop of any kind. i dont really have much to lose only gain at this point

I would try different DNS servers such as 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 or leave them blank in the gateway.

Not sure about that node type either or IP Routing being off.

I´m having a similar issue.
Maybe it is a completely different thing, i started a separate thread - but it is similar enough i thought maybe i should mention it.

i got it taken care of. i previously tried updating the driver and swapping it with a different one which didnt work either. So i figured id rollback to the previous driver for windows 8 not 8.1 just to try it and the wifi is working fine now but its not as fast as it could be but im happy its actually working.
