You're saying it will ask opinion to someone else about my case or I have to find someone here to test the Processor and Motherboard ?

Hi cosme7 & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

We consult each others a lot in case of any doubt since this is a public forum ;)
I analysed your latest dump files and in both the cases, there was a Data Read error from the L1 Cache of the processor -

Now, the error occurred in the Processor #5 and Bank #0. This is consistent with other dump as well. Since you have already performed the diagnostics and are also receiving the errors in them, I would advise you to get a new CPU or send this CPU for replacement if it is still under warranty. Please buy the CPU from a shop that accepts returns so that in case the problem is not the CPU (Very, very minor chance), you could get your money back.

Now, I think that the only case in which the motherboard needs to be replaced would be when one of the pins of the socket in which CPU is inserted in the motherboard is damaged. But, the CPU being bad is more likely. If the motherboard was really at fault, I think that we would have seen loads of other types of bugchecks instead of only 0x124 (WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR).

I hope this helps Mihael :)

Thank you for the help blueelvis , hey I least wanted the processor :( , a friend have an Athlon X2 , I'll get him to take the test and it will catch my Phenom II X6 to make test on another machine , to have 110 % sure , because processor in Brazil is very expensive because of the high dollar  ! And thank you again blueelvis and softwaremaniac three months of suffering until you give me a light, thank you again!

I know. I got the same error when running the dumps through WinDbg. Thanks for confirming. Unfortunately, dear Cosme7, you will have to get a replacement.
Have a nice day :) Do not hesitate to post back in case of any further issues.

Goodnight everyone , thanks to my motherboard , I can disable processor cores , thanks to that I disabled the 5º and 6º core and tried using Prime95 and could , gave no blue screen after I enabled 5 core and gave WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR , so resumed entered the BIOS, I disabled the 5th and 6th I enabled core and gave MEMORY_MANAGEMENT , thereby not even need to get another processor to test , it already gives a good right sure  ! I'm putting the minidump file for you jump around ! I got to do this test in picking up based on the blueelvis said after this test sure hit the 110% :) !

Again, the same issue. you can run Memtest86+ once again if you want to make sure no sticks are damaged because Memory Management is reported as well. If you decide to do this make sure you test one stick at the time, but the main issue here is I'd say the CPU definitely.
