I have such a weakness for sushi. Any fun rolls to recommend? I love any kind of fish and avocados. Usually I have some variation of a salad (or in wrap form) a couple times a week, then it's a pasta dish or two and hopefully sushi once a week. Yummm, now I'm starving!

That looks legitimately delicious! But also difficult! How long does that take to cook with all that meat?

About 5 1/2 to 6 hours in the oven, I pay the butcher to stuff the birds into each other lol. I don't like getting that personal. And he strips literally every bone from each bird, except for the Turkey Legs and Wings.

If you ever try making one, invite friends, its a festive dish and sooo much meat
