Yes I recommend the install as well. It's a bit silly we don't get details on that screen. But afterwards, we can tell what it is but it's definitely a new driver for something.
A bit of searching:
Look in Event Viewer if you know when it happended (date and time). It's something in system or hardware category.

Also in Device Manager: each hardware has a tab in properties called events: there you can see when (date and time) a new driver was installed for that particular device. You might wanna look at sound, graphics and chipsets first, since those are essential parts, but it might also be the touchpad mouse or monitor, since Windows Update has something new for these devices as well, depending on your system.
