Weird DVD Read Problem

Hello everybody

I have 5 DVDs 1-2 years old containing my backup data. Yesterday when i tried to copy DVD Data to my HP Laptop containing windows 8, it was able to read 3 DVDs but not two of them.

So i booted my father Lenvo Laptop containing Windows 10 and it was able to read all the 5 DVDs.

so my question why HP DVD RW couldnt read all the DVDs.

both Laptops are 2 years old
