Solved want to make my scroll bars wider

I only want to make my scroll bars wider. I don't wanna change anything else because I messed with it enough and have it just the way I like it. Is there a way please?

Thank you very much Brink, for that. I did search the turtorials but didn't see that. I am not a great searcher.....but now I'm very happy because the scroll bar is just perfect for me. It had been a problem for quite some time but I never spent too much time trying to fix it because I normally have so much trouble fixing things. You are most helpful. I hope they pay you lots
