Recently I tried to create another account on my PC. After creating, restarting and deleting this account (account 1) I tried help from Microsoft Support which was inapplicable to my problem as the SID key for the profile I created did not show up in the registry on my computer. And the "Fix this problem" said "This Microsoft Fix it does not apply to your operating system or application version."
Next I used command line, after I logged into account 1 that had the "User Service Profile" problem. I did the specified directions and the new account(account 2) created on the problem account( account 1) had the same profile error after I got out of safe mode. However account 1 let me log into it, with a black screen, later I pushed the Win button and got a task bar and a full desktop.
While I was formatting this new account (account 2) I lost access to wireless internet (which I was using before with no problems) saying no connections, and a little while later while restarting the computer I got this screen.
After waiting 20-30 minutes for the computer to get back to the start screen after restart, everything was slow and I would frequently be doing something and everything would freeze or I'd lose the window, task-bar, and desktop, which would later return. I also made another account to see if the "User Profile Service" problem was resolved, it was not. In addition, I've been running scans with my security system, to find why everything is extremely slow, and found a lot of junk stuff that was not there last time I ran the scans (a few days before.)
I was able to restore access to my wireless internet via device manager, re-enabling wireless. Now I am having trouble with my USB drives with the error of every USB "not recognized."
Please give me very specific instructions as I am not technologically inclined.
Things I will not do to resolve this problem:
System Restore, I will not use this function because I have no idea of when this problem with the User Profile Service occurred. Two, I am unable to access a list of previous restore points, thanks so much to Windows 8 design, and I am unwilling to lose any of my information or documents from a previous restore point of long ago.
Buying expensive and useless software, for obvious reasons.
Use any other Windows "recovery" or wipe the system and reinstall, I have a large number of important files and programs which I want to keep on my machine.
Thanks for any help in advance.
