Create the Windows 8.1 iso file, burn to dvd and do a clean install of Windows 8.1 to the ssd....
or.....
You have to shrink C so it and the 1st 2 partitions (3 total) will fit onto the ssd if you want to clone, much more complicated then a clean install if you don`t know how to do it.
