i think you got the wrong idea i mean i choose to install it there in that location while installing
anyway i restarted and that thingy did not pop up till now when opening things like task manager or RUn or any video file

I believe Cmaudio is your sound driver software. You should remove it, then go to your computer manufacturers support site and check for an updated version.

**Note removing the software will temporarily disable audio on the computer, until you reinstall another driver**

As you can see the timestamp is dated 2008. Windows 8 requires drivers created somewhere in the 2012-current date range.

the good news is i don't use onboard audio, i use a dedicated sound card, i might have installed that when installing w8

You need to go through your computer and remove everything you no longer need/use. This error is being generated by a program or service which is either missing files or corrupted.

Here are a few pointers.. All Asus software, Google Chome, Adobe software, Nokia, iTunes, Avast

Additionally, outdated software which is not designed to work with Windows 8 should be removed or updated.

didn't do it because i already did a full scan few weeks ago and the problem was there at that time as well and got zero results of any virus

all my software are updated and most of them are for w8 apart from asus ones as there not available

If this is true it means your mobo was not designed to work with Windows 8. Which means all Asus software is outdated as well as a few others listed in Autoruns. The recommendations I made for the rest of the software was based on the Timestamp given.

its in my spec and [DEL]i already have the latest 1 most probably[/DEL] wait i checked and it seems there is a newer 2014 version but its beta either way i am installing it

Strange. I am having this issue too, on a fairly newly installed system. No idea why.
