After you have restored the image, you can reset the drive letter using NT6Repair, ( can't remeber if it is on the desktop or under what looks like start menu on that boot disc. )
Select the drive letter you have just restored to and click FIX. Because I restored to drive H in the above screenies, I should select H here:
