I've tried a lot of troubleshooting on my own. I've done a clean boot, safe mode, safe mode with networking, I've refreshed my system, I even went as far as to do a complete fresh installation of Windows 8.1. To preface, I moved all of my components from my now old NZXT Switch 810 over to my Corsair Air 540 chassis. During the build process, I bent the ID pin on my USB 3.0 header, upon attempting to fix that, I broke the pin; however as I understand the ID pin isn't crucial. I've also tested my RAM, GPU, CPU, both my SSDs and my HDD. I haven't had a way to test my PSU though. As far as temps go. I use HWinfo64 and my CPU never breaches 54C, my GPU never breaches 62C. However, should you request a log, I can provide one. The issue didn't start until after I rebuilt my system and broke the ID pin.
At first my system would freeze every time until the third or sixth boot, then it would work. In safe mode I discovered that Samsung magician was the cause. I removed the program and thought that the end of it, however I discovered that my Creative Titanium HD sound card isn't being recognized in the device manger, so my control software for said card won't work. I have attempted to install the driver in standard, safe, and clean boot (mode). My system just freezes. I can do anything on my system with no problems, watch films, gaming, online gaming, browsing, etc..If I attempt to update drivers or run the troubleshooter to detect hardware problems it freezes every time!
This is the first time I have needed to ask for help because I am determined to fix these issues on my own as it is a learning experience. So far this has payed off for six years. Now, I am up against the wall and I feel both frustrated and powerless. I am at a loss. My system does not create minidumps so I used "dm log collector.exe". I hope that this will provide the information that will help you to help me to resolve this issue.
P.S. The first attached file was done while I was in clean boot. The second file was done while I was in standard boot.
