"Stop error" every time I turn my computer on

I have an Acer Aspire M5 that I got a few weeks ago. I'm new to Windows 8. For the past week or so, every time I turn it on I get a message saying my PC ran into a problem that caused it to restart, then it lists these files, the same ones every time:

C:\Windows\Minidump\070613-17390-01.dmp
C:\Users\Harrison\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-84578-0.sysdata.xml
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

After that, this window pops up: View attachment 24311 Note: I've never actually gotten a blue screen.

That offers no help though, since my computer has Intel and not AMD. Also, it takes the computer at least 10 minutes to shut down. Not sure if that has anything to do with this. Other than those two things, it runs the same as it has been.

1, It seems like your WLAN driver is the culprit, update it:

2, Uninstall the sptd driver (and Daemon tools too if you have it on your system) download and run the installation program to uninstall it:

4, I would also recommend that you uninstall Kaspersky and Diskepper.

Thank you, this seems to have worked. It shut down immediately and started up much faster this morning. I'll update if it happens again.
