Since a while I have a problem with my sound.
If I wanted to have my sound a little bit harder it used to go up with 2, but since the problem occured the sound goes up with 4.
I have a suspicion that the problem is with the program that shows the kind of images below.
Is there someone who knows a solution?
This is an annoying and big problem for me, because my ears are pretty sensitive.

I checked my RealTek HD Audio Manager and there is nothing there to set how loud it gets.
If you are pressing a key on the keyboard to raise or lower the sound that is a function of the Dell control program.
Since this is a Dell, best to post on the Dell laptop forum where there are those familiar with the Dell applications.
