Sony Vaio VPCEH38FN - clean install to Windows 8 pro

I have a Sony Vaio with windows 7 home basic 64 bit, model VPCEH38FN

When I run the windows 8 upgrade assistant, it shows me that the Bluetooth Win7(64) suite is not compatible. How can I make bluetooth on my laptop work after the upgrade? Is there any other software available I also want to know about the Vaio pre installed software which are already installed, if i do a clean install how can I get the vaio software back? like vaio care and the ArcSoft webcam companion, I have not got any CD or DVD when i purchased the laptop, please let me know how can I install all the sony vaio software and webcam software after the upgrade, or if they are not compatible what are the other softwares I can use for the webcam?

Update all hardware drivers from the Sony web site.

I went through the Sony Windows 8 upgrade guide and it says that that many third party applications will be uninstalled during the upgrade, which includes the ArcSoft Webcam Software, which I guess is not supported in windows 8. So If at all after windows 8 installation I dont manage to get the webcam software, Is there any other webcam application which I can install to make the cam work?
