Solved Something happened and Windows Store is no longer working

Like the title says, something happened. I don't really know what.
I can open the store and search for apps but when I try to click on an app to see more info, I get this screen. Tried a bunch of stuff such as changing locale, fixing corrupted files and whatnot. Nothing helped. And that sucks, considering the 8.1 update will be released tomorrow and I won't be able to access it.. Any kind of help will be appreciated.

Hey Shawn, thanks for your reply, always liked your tutorials.
Unfortunately, the troubleshoot didn't help and I'm unable to refresh my Windows. I'm lacking "media". My copy is genuine, I just don't have a disc.

Interesting. That should help refresh my laptop without actually making my key useless in the process.
One more question. Will the 8.1 update come in an executable file as well or just as a Store update? Maybe it will be able to fix the issue since it's a major thing.

The Windows 8.1 Preview will be available in the Windows Store, and as a ISO file download at Microsoft. You should be able to download the ISO when it's available to use instead.

Don't know what the download links are for the Windows 8.1 Preview ISO yet though, but should be easy to find tomorrow with a Google search.

Sounds good. Hopefully, it will fix that issue. I use Bing by the way.

Apparently, the 8.1 fixed the error. It must be due to the major upgrade to the store, it's a completely different scenery. It should help resolve the issue like it did with me.
