Solved Somehow a program was installed called "Windows Beta"!

Somehow a program was installed called "Windows Beta"!
Messages keep popping up in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
All MS subjects & it pings each time. They keep loading & cover the screen in the upper right,
I can't see things in that corner, sometimes they come so fast the I have to keep deleting them to contiuse my work!

How do I get rid of this? It is not listed anywhere that can delete a program!

ANOTHER CASE WHERE Microsoft is trying to take over control of my computer!

Nope...you have a virus. Get into safe mode and run your AV and any malware/spyware software you have.

It is an app in the Microsoft "Store".

How do I uninstall IT?

I just ran a search in the store and I didn't see anything called "Windows Beta". I'm wondering if this is a European Union issue?

It does not appear in the APP Store, it does not appear in the Charms.
The only way to see it is to tap on one of the infuriating pop-ups!

Can't take a screen shot because it covers the whole screen & when I try to do anything, the screen clears!

Driving me nuts because the pop-ups cover the upper right of the screen. As many as 6 pop-ups.

It also declares THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONNECTION TO MICSOFT!!

THEN IT IS AVIRUS!! (sorry about my statement that it wasn't)

It gives Email address to use but they are fakes

Weird!!

An update was downloaded & the WinBeta program showed up in the available programs to load.

I clicked on the tile & uninstalled it!

It IS GONE!!

I don't understand what went on & I don't care!

On the 14th of this month I will be 85!
