Since update, can't open docx; installer starts

Hi,

Since the latest update, KB4477029, I can’t open docx / doc files directly. When I try, Windows Installer starts then fails as MSOCache\All is not accessible, Error 1706.

Nonetheless, I can open these files from Word. I run Office 2016 Pro Plus, 64 bit.

Thanks for any help.
 
I can't. It appears in update history, doesn't though among installed updates.
