I thought that I would bring this over from Seven Forums to see what scores we are getting with this OS.

I'll start off with mine. The first image is my score, using the default settings, and the second is with all applicable settings maxed out.

Updated, for my new system. Note that I have only used the default settings for Heaven here, but you can quite clearly see what an improvement I have over my old system. In addition, the effect of having crossfire enabled can be clearly seen in the second image, with a final score approximately twice that where crossfire is disabled.

Thought I'd try overclocking my graphics cards. The images in my previous post was with the default settings of 1000MHz and 1125MHz for the GPU clock and Memory clock respectively. Here, I changed the settings to 1100MHz and 1250MHz respectively (a 10% increase). Both cards were adjusted to the same settings. I did try an extra 50MHz on each setting, but Heaven froze, so I had to revert back to 1100MHz and 1250MHz, which proved to be stable.

I'm quite happy with that score, and I think I'll leave the settings at what I've got them at now.

Incidentally, how's your new build coming along?

Well, I'm getting 33.8 with the stock settings on my stock Dell 17R SE. Nothing to brag about, but it's still the fastest computer I've ever owned, & a bargain at $645 shipped! Funny thing, I'm getting ever so *slightly* better numbers under OpenGL than I am with DirectX11. I guess this means OpenGL is no longer fettered under Windows?
Beers all around!:dinesh:

Just thought I'd have another go, and I've managed to get the following score at the settings shown below (both cards have identical settings).

Increasing either of the clock settings by one notch (5MHz) caused Heaven to crash at some point during the benchmark, so I think I've maxed out my particular cards, but nevertheless it's a healthy overclock. :D

Managed the following with GPU clocks increased to 1135MHz. All other settings as previously.

Default Settings: Capture.PNG

All settings maxed out: Capture1.PNG

@Shawn: You forgot the Tessellation: setting.

Edit: It would be nice if Heaven showed the actual clock speed of the CPU when the benchmark is running, as opposed to just simply reading it from the CPU flags and presenting it as the default. In all cases with my benchmarks, the CPU clock would be at the Turbo setting of 4.2GHz.

Oops. My graphics card is what is holding my system back right now for these benchmarks, but since I'm not a gamer it works well enough for me for now.

At least until the next great sale on graphic cards that you just can't refuse. :p

Most of you were running with tess disabled. Man up and at least set it at normal. I'll post mine tomorrow, going to bed Ok here's mine;stock clocks Cpu,Gpu

Sapphire 7950 @ 1000/1500 Heaven settings maxed out

We should outline what settings to run it at in the OP. That way we'll get a proper comparison of results

Agreed. I think that the easiest way of doing this is to use the default settings of Heaven. The only difference here will then be your screen resolution.

Here's mine @ default settings

I did a run @ 1920x1080 because I guess that's what most people will use
