brace yourselfs,summer is coming!

Didnt have any real complaints with Xigmatek's Gaia, thought i give that huge Macho cooler a chance.
Idles at about 32 C,2 degrees (Cesius) lower than Gaia, but hardly reaches 60 C,even playing any game, ambient room temperature around 23 c.
Will have to try out some push-push or push-pull variations, the looks though...

Got into the Intel scene

Saved some cash and got what I consider overkill for my needs atm, specs in Sig. Need to mess around with this board a lot more. cant take it to far as my cooling is currently a little inadequate (65C idle at 4.8Ghz lol).

Sick Rigs everyone!

I went full retard

Summer is coming and with the fear of getting cooked alive in my flat because of a second GPU I decided to go water cooled once more after almost a decade of absence to it - The results are favorable!

Had to ditch my beloved Lian Li TYR PC-X2000 Case for a Corsair 900D one where I only swapped the windows side panel for another solid one I bought directly from Corsair - The side panels are actually interchangeable.

First Shot:
DSC00335x.jpg
Front side of the Corsair 900D with the Aquaero 6 XT USB Fan Controller and the 1st EK-CoolStream PE 240 Radiator and two attached Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition Fans.

Second Shot:
DSC00336x.jpg
Water cooling Components from top to bottom:
1st EK-CoolStream PE 480 Radiator and four Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition Fans
EK-FB KIT ASUS R4BE - Acetal ( VRM/MOSFET Part )
EK-Supremacy Clean CSQ - Acetal
EK-FB KIT ASUS R4BE - Acetal ( PCH Part )
1st EK-FC780 GTX Ti - Acetal incl. EK-FC780 GTX Ti Backplate - Black
EK-FC Terminal TRIPLE Serial incl. EK-FC Terminal BLANK Serial
2nd EK-FC780 GTX Ti - Acetal incl. EK-FC780 GTX Ti Backplate - Black
2nd EK-CoolStream PE 480 Radiator and another four Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition Fans

Little side note on the EK-FC Terminal BLANK Serial... This component will render the two PCIe Ports in that area unusable as it's protruding too much into the empty space to install things like a Sound Card - That though can be fixed by using a HD Tubing System instead of a Terminal.

Third Shot:
DSC00337x.jpg
Some of the sleeving I've done using MDPC-X sleeve - Used an entire 100m spool for the whole setup.
Also visible on the right side is the AquaInlet XT 100ml Reservoir mounted on the AquaStream XT Ultra Pump which is not decoupled because I'm lacking 3mm of space between the Pump Outlet and the HDD Cage - So much sadness, very angry, doh.
Below/behind the Pump/Res Combi is the 2nd EK-CoolStream PE 240 Radiator with the final two attached Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition Fans totaling at twelve 120mm and one 140mm Fans.

The system is pretty much noiseless except for the not decoupled Pump with I later plan to replace with a different setup that mounts to the Motherboard Tray also freeing up more space for an additional HDD Cage which might come in handy later on.

Last Shot:
DSC00338x.jpg
Motherboard Tray side showing where most of the sleeving went into.
Barely visible on the left side is one of the two ModMyToys 4-Pin PWM Power Distribution PCBs I use in combination with the Aquaero 6 XT.

Whole System:

Old Picture of my System when it still was air cooled inside the Lian Li TYR PC-X2000B - Yea... I'm lazy like that ;)

Oh god, someone must help Durahl, this poor guy can't even run Minesweeper nowadays, in 2014.

If you're referring to the 2nd GPU I'd like to explain that this was part of an unplanned RMA.

The Motherboard I bought in September 2013 was plagued by a ridiculous bad BIOS so I had it returned directly to the Manufacturer which offered me credits in their Store. Not planning to buy any more Motherboards from them ( that's actually the 3rd time something like this happened where the Software was not up to par with the Hardware ) I decided to go with something that probably can't go wrong which was a second GPU.

But with that rubbish getting either hot or noisy ( sometimes both ) I decided to do something about this ASAP and from my perspective not a second too late... Temperatures outside are already rising beyond comfortable and the system stays "frosty" at 30-50C° depending on load and outside temperature which is a lot more bearable than 50-80C°.

With all of the cables being sleeved like that, how do you tell once cable apart from another if you have to unplug or remove a component.
