I'm pretty sure I missed something. You linked word? Bit confused... how? And why would you need to?

I had thought you had a single computer with multiple (3) local user accounts, the same office program installed, and each uses a separate email account for each of the local user accounts. Therefore each account would have a separate .pst file corresponding to its own local account.

It should be as simple as adding an email account to each login of the local user accounts. I have personally done this multiple times. Yea, I missed something.
