Restart was very slow in windows 8?

Restart was very slow in windows 8?-- need reply please

Hi,

actually my system restart time is very slow like above 120 sec.

And also after shutdown, system fan is still running like 20 seconds and then fan tun off

How to solve this?

Hello shiv,

You might see if turning off Fast Startup may be able to help. Some people have reported shut down and/or restart issues with Fast Startup turned on.

Fast Startup - Turn On or Off in Windows 8


Some systems have the option in BIOS to allow the fan to continue to run after shut down to continue to cool the CPU or PSU for a bit before turning off.
